How long until my tracking number is available?

Your tracking number will be sent to your inbox as soon as it is available on the carrier’s site. This usually takes 5-7 business days from your purchase.
With Standard Shipping, your tracking details usually take 5-7 business days to be uploaded to the carrier’s tracking site. We will also keep you updated on the status of your shipments via emails.

How can I track my order?

Our store has a tracking portal available to help with that. Click HERE and enter your tracking information to start tracking your package.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact our support team at your earliest convenience. We can help cancel or make changes to your order within the first 24 hours since purchase.
After this time frame, it would be harder to update or terminate your shipment. Kindly contact us about your request, we will confirm if your order is still viable for adjustments.

What if my item has run out of stock?

We will always issue a notification ASAP to let you know about any out-of-stock issues.
If your item has run out of stock, you can choose to either cancel it or switch to another item in our store.
To switch to another item, please send us an image of that product from our store. We will take care of the rest.

Where do you ship from?

We employ several warehouses and fulfillment centers in the US and UK. Your order will be shipped from whichever warehouse is the closest to your location as long as the ordered merchandise is in stock.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders take a total of 7-15 business days to deliver depending on your address and the location of the warehouse with the ordered items in stock.
Please keep in mind that delivery from some fulfillment centers may take longer than estimated due to strict clearance policies and airport lockdowns during the pandemic. Please contact us for a more detailed update on the status of your shipment.
